Bayern pizza à la Hahnei Huaba

Bayern pizza à la Hahnei Huaba

Serves 4 - 6 servings - crushed 150 ml white beer
salt
pepper
nutmeg
fenugreek seeds, or ground in a mortar

4 rolls or 200 g of white bread
100 ml , ground
fennel, ground
1 egg
1 onion
2 tablespoons smooth, chopped parsley
butter

500 g sauerkraut (drained)
1 bay leaf
½ tsp cumin
water (alternatively, wine, apple juice, sparkling wine or champagne)

12 Nuremberg sausages
oil

400 g cream cheese 100 ml


Preparation:
