Today we finally had our big construction conference. After all, what we have seen in recent weeks, there was a lot of points to be resolved with the construction management. The main points are the roof and the decorative gable ends.
We had to find that the holes were not in the sarking in the roof, as promised, glued on both sides of a large area. Since this condition as unacceptable, we have agreed with the Engineer that the underlays to be completely renewed. To do this, the roof, completely covered, and the battens are removed.
The pediments have structural defects, which, among other things argued that moisture from entering. This is the construction management were asked to develop a new design solution.

Since the start of work on weather conditions, we can not yet say when it goes on, but what is clear to us - a draw is unlikely before May.

- Removal of building dust from the construction site (14/01/2011)
- Detailed design of the decorative gable ends (24/01/2011)
