Since our last entry now much time has passed order to be exactly 1 whole month. We have had many discussions in recent weeks, sought legal assistance and scary must exercise patience.
5 whole weeks there was a halt to the construction site, nothing happened, not even the promised material was delivered. On 23 September there was an escalation conversation between the developer, our construction manager, our lawyer and of course us. We were able to agree on certain events in the next construction, ... and we have been promised a new masonry company that the work is continued.
accident a week later also still be our construction manager very difficult to say what we really, very sorry. But as owners we now had to worry again, not to get ahead. Only after a further week, we received information that the work is definitely at 07 October will start ... and they did.
From this week are back local craftsmen to do the remaining work on Rohmauerwerk and have actually started with the veneer of the base.
Yesterday we were allowed to make a first impression of the work.
On Monday I will discuss the current status of construction management and on Friday will be another event held in order to proceed to plan, especially the detailed solutions for the pediment crown insulation and the side panels of the two gables.
