Everyone knows it. Many talk about it (though often in a negative sense). They dot the village considerably and are largely responsible for the appearance of a city. The large housing estates.

These are large residential areas or even neighborhoods, in large part from flats . There These are short term, created within a few years from prefabricated parts. This distinguishes them from "natural" growing parts of the city, caused by continuous extension.
